Cleveland Avenue Bikeway

HISTORY

The Saint Paul Bicycle Plan recommends bicycle lanes on Cleveland Avenue. Public Works is proposing to implement bicycles lanes on Cleveland Avenue between St.Anthony Avenue and Highland Parkway in 2016.

Bicycle facilities on Cleveland between University Avenue and St. Anthony Avenue are proposed for implementation at a later date as a component of street resurfacing or reconstruction project. Cleveland Ave Bike Lane Hearing Set for March 16th

The St. Paul City Council will host a public hearing on the bike lanes and changes to three permit parking areas at 5:30 p.m. March 16 at St. Paul City Hall, 15 W. Kellogg Boulevard. Cleveland Ave. bike lane open house, hearing set for Feb. 29

City planners will walk residents through proposed parking changes during a project open house at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 29 at the University of St. Thomas in the third floor of the Anderson Student Center’s Woulfe Alumni Hall, 2115 Summit Ave. The main entrance is off Summit and Cretin avenues.
