Deer Management

2019

Since 2008, the City of Saint Paul, Department of Parks and Recreation has worked cooperatively with Ramsey County on deer management efforts in Saint Paul. As a part of this effort, the 2019 special permit archery hunt is planned to take place in Crosby Farm Regional Park and in Highland Park on: October 14 – 16 and November 4 – 6.  Crosby Farm Regional Park will be closed to the public on these dates, and work in Highland Park will take place on a twenty-acre parcel of land, within park boundaries, that has been hunted since 2014.
