Fall photos will be accepted until December 31, 2015  

Photos should be taken in Highland Park during the contest period.

What are we looking for?
People, Places and Things in Highland Park

Such as?
Highland Village, streets, parks, schools, school events, colleges, landmarks, abstract images, the river, businesses, sports, biking, hiking, swimming, food, people of all ages, people doing all sorts of things.

The Prize:

Don’t get excited. A Certificate, Your Best Photo(s) displayed for a limited time at Highland Park Community Center, a short chance at fame.  Winners will be announced within two weeks after each submission date.

Simple Rules:
• Photos must have been taken by the person submitting the entry.
• One person can submit multiple photos.
• Appropriate content
• Hard copy submissions: 4×6
• Black and white or color shots are OK.

Up to 10 photos will be selected each season by a panel of judges.  The photos will be framed and displayed at the Highland Park Community Center with the photographer’s name. Winners will be notified to pick up their framed photo after the display is taken down.

How to Enter:
Submit your photo via email to hdc@visi.com or drop your 4×6 hard copy print at the reception desk of the Highland Park Community Center (HPCC), 1978 Ford Parkway, addressed to the HDC. Hard copy submissions will not be returned.

What to include with your submission: Please include your name, email address and phone number with your submission. Also include information regarding where in Highland the photo was taken and any other relevant detail about the photo. We cannot accept submissions without the above information.

Photos may be used by the Highland District Council on their Website or to promote Highland Park through HDC newsletters and announcements.
